When I try adding a product to wishlist and it works perfectly, but is extremely slow when I try to see my wishlist. What do you think it is be the reason ?

You have 5037 products now, but the default Wishlist works fine if you store is less than 1000 products.
In this case, you have to use App for the Wishlist function .
