This is 4th time I am asking you guys about my refund. I have been talking with Thomas before and he said that my refund was actually approved by the manager but I never received it. It's been over a month now. The previous ticket was submitted privately and it was not paid a good attention, so I had to write it again as public. Can you guys please refund my money?
I also have been asking about a refund, but so far nothing. I don't know what is up with the support?

Six days ago we said that your refund request had been approved by our product manager, we have to wait for the acceptance from Themeforest. As you know , we are the account owner but our business is taken care by Themeforest so please help me contact Themeforest and ask them about your money. Because we approved your request and we are also waiting the transaction from Themeforest too.

I have been waiting for you guys to process my refund since beginning of February, 2020 and I was never told to issue any refund tickets. I just googled envato refund and it opened a page "refund request form" in the dropdown menu I see all my purchased items from themeforest but I dont see yours. So I cannot process the request for refund. if I am not doing it right, please let me know how to do it. See attached photo.

The refund will be processed by Themeforest, and the money will be sent from Themeforest too, not from us.
When you purchase our theme from the maretplace, Themeforest will receive your money and the income will be share to us after that. We have to follow the term and condition of Themeforest when we sell the product on Themeforest's marketplace. We ask for customer to write a ticket to notify us when he create a refund request on Themeforest, by this way we could help on approving the request from our side, and the customer could receive his money faster if the refund request is OK with the refund policy from Themeforest. When you submit a refund request on Themeforest, their staff will check if your request is correct with the refund policy or not. We can not decide to send the money to you without the permission from Themeforest. That's why we suggest you to contact Themeforest.
