when I installed the express installation app on my store and entred the purchase code everything was successfull, BUT when I clic "choose a skin" to import a theme to my store it shows me "skin list"!? empty bar nothing under it like in the video tutoriel.
would you help me with that?

Regarding the Express install application, please follow this instruction, it shows you how to install and use the app. Please make sure that you will select the URL correctly to install the app.

Do you mean that you were not able to install the Express Install app completely? Or something else.
I installed the Express Install app successfully on my store, and entered the code successefully, the problem is that there nothing in the skin list, please look in the screan shot under my comment to understand my problem, I have sent you an invitation to a stuff account to this email (email@example.com) so that you will see whats going on.
I have been strugling with this problem for "7 days!!!" so would you take my case suriously! cause I have already told my problem in the first post and you didnt even bather to read it!
