    In the Theme Editor, if you try and change the logo in the checkout, it does not actually replace the logo. The Fastor logo stays in the checkout no matter what!

    Checkout page is managed by Shopify not theme development. Thus you can upload logo.png on Assets folder on admin theme source code like screenshot http://take.ms/ma9Ah
