I bought the theme today and I am having trouble with a few things:
1) How can I have a logo in the mobile navigation?
- Also any way to remove the "search" function on the mobile navigation bar?
2) How can I disable the mobile navigation on the bottom, I find that it is very ugly and out of date. I only want to have the top navigation visible in the mobile view.

Regarding your questions,
1. Logo on mobile navigation and desktop view is using same setting on Logo. Do you want to use separate logo on mobile view?
2. Mobile bottom content
You can remove it by delete this content on theme.liquid file under theme source code
