I see the issue right now, it is happening but not often. For now we don't know what is going wrong, but we need more time to check to find out reason. I will get back to you as soon as we fixed it

Please let me know how to turn off the filter system on the left side bar of the collection page, we checked everything is OK except for that filter, did you hire someone to create that filter, it is not the default feature of the theme, i tried to turn it off through theme settings but no luck, please help me check again by turning that filter off . The issue happens every time i choose a filter option

we are getting 413 error message and then immediately the page loads. any idea what that means?
