Special Instructions added by customers on the cart page are not showing up on their order. Everything I'm reading points to it being a theme issue.

Excuse me for the delay, we have got so many pending requests at this time, hope you understand.
Regarding the issue with the Customer note, we are checking it for you, it looks like that we have a problem with Shopify when the Customer note does not display on the Order section. If there is not something wrong in the source code, we have to contact to Shopify for fixing this issue.
I will get back to you as soon as we know the reason for this.

I just contact to Shopify Guru again, i have not heard from them before you write this comment, this is happening with the Shopify backend ( on the Order section of Shopify) so that we can not handle this part.
