We have release a new version for the Queen theme, which is supported the Theme sections. This is the new featured of Shopify, it allow you to drag and drop to change the position of the widget on Homepage.
The latest version is now available on Themeforest. Please log in your account and go to the download section, you will see the Download button.
And we are sorry, we can not help you on keeping the all the SEO efforts if you switch the theme, because it is built in the the theme and different for each theme.

If so, you have the option in theme settings to turn it off.Please go to Customize theme >Footer > PAYMENT METHODS
If you want to add payment logo to the footer, you have to upload the icon logo to the Assets folder of the theme, and then edit the source code to make the logo displays on the footer. The file that you need to check is footer.liquid . If you are not able to edit the source code, please send me the logo that you want to use, i will help you make it
