Recently we have been informed that our Ticket System is interrupted, and this is unacceptable definitely. We are so so sorry for all the inconvenient things. This really is out of our control. We also contacted our Ticket provider and they truly confirmed with us that there are some problems with the system.

As the result, kindly be informed that we are now moving our Ticket System to the new one at http://support.roartheme.com/ From now, please submit your requests via the New Ticket System. Your current requests here may be lost anytime. Please don't worry about your private info, they are all safe.

Unfortunately, because the differences between the two systems, basically we are unable to keep your accounts and tickets. In the new system, you will be asked for creating account again. We hope you guys will understand this.

Whatever happens, we will make sure that all of you always have a good place for supporting. We are and will be always with you. Thanks again for your patience!

    I am not sure, but do you mean that you want to make the title of the collection could be clickable and link to the collection.

    I would like to add a buy now button next to the price for each collection and on the homepage. Also I have been having issues getting the same products to show compare at prices when on sale. Do you know why this would be?

    Regarding your request, the theme has been supporting the 'Add to cart' button if your product has single variant. If your product has various variants, it will display the 'Select option' please check my video to make sense : https://drive.google.com/file/d/0ByoEXBTrpkeTbi1JU1VlUldETzg/view

    This is because if your product has some variant, your customer could choose the other variants, so that they have to go to the Product page. If the product has only one variant, the customers don't need to check the other variants and the could add to cart immediately.

    Regarding the issue with the discount price. Please send me an invitation for staff account via email support@roartheme.com and we are going to  check it for you.

    Is it possible to edit the add to cart or select options button? To change it to something like this?  

    If I could have create two different images to use add the buttons, one for add to cart and the other for select options.
