    Hi, I have replaced the collection images and I still see the old photos instead,

    Any idea on what's going on?

    We had many blocks which show collection image. Can you give me attached screenshot for this questions. It will help us reproduce this issue properly.

    Hi, thank you for the reply.

    Attached  is the screenshot for the error I'm experiencing. (you can see the image of the collection is not reflecting in the block itself)

    In Home page, using the collection blocks to show specific collections. After replacing the images for each collection chosen, the image stays as before with the old picture.

    I have tried deleting the section completely, saving, and adding again but still the same result.

    Sorry for late reply, we had so many tickets at the same time. Hope you understand!

    You should notify us after sending invitation. I just created staff account on your site.

    I made changes for you. Please help me verify it again

    Recently we have been informed that our Ticket System is interrupted, and this is unacceptable definitely. We are so so sorry for all the inconvenient things. This really is out of our control. We also contacted our Ticket provider and they truly confirmed with us that there are some problems with the system.

    As the result, kindly be informed that we are now moving our Ticket System to the new one at http://support.roartheme.com/ From now, please submit your requests via the New Ticket System. Your current requests here may be lost anytime. Please don't worry about your private info, they are all safe.

    Unfortunately, because the differences between the two systems, basically we are unable to keep your accounts and tickets. In the new system, you will be asked for creating account again. We hope you guys will understand this.

    Whatever happens, we will make sure that all of you always have a good place for supporting. We are and will be always with you. Thanks again for your patience!
