    I am Michelle. 

    I saw you guys logged into my shop but I have checked the currency converter has not been fixed.

    Now my website also has caching problems. The product's review sometimes are there and sometimes they are not there.

    Please assist me as soon as possible. I am a customer with paid support.

    We logged your theme yesterday to check the issue, the issue does not come from the theme, it is because one of your applications is causing the conflict with the theme. Please help me check the app which is called as 'Zipmoney' Please make sure that you have installed this app properly, or try to remove this app to fix the issue.

    I followed your instruction and removed the Zippay application but the currency converter is still not working properly.

    So I don't think the problem is zippay application.
