We do not use mailchimp or campaign monitor. Do you have any recommendations on how configure all the email capture locations (lightbox, top of page coupon ribbon, and footer) to integrate with a form code HTML or other CRM systems?

Regarding your question. if you don't want to use the default features as mailchimp or campaign monitor, you are able to use an application. We suggest you to use app because it is really hard for us to develop an hi-tech email form. Could you please contact to Shopify for more information about the application for mailing : https://apps.shopify.com/search/query?utf8=%E2%9C%93&q=mail
