Recently we have been informed that our Ticket System is interrupted, and this is unacceptable definitely. We are so so sorry for all the inconvenient things. This really is out of our control. We also contacted our Ticket provider and they truly confirmed with us that there are some problems with the system.

As the result, kindly be informed that we are now moving our Ticket System to the new one at From now, please submit your requests via the New Ticket System. Your current requests here may be lost anytime. Please don't worry about your private info, they are all safe.

Unfortunately, because the differences between the two systems, basically we are unable to keep your accounts and tickets. In the new system, you will be asked for creating account again. We hope you guys will understand this.

Whatever happens, we will make sure that all of you always have a good place for supporting. We are and will be always with you. Thanks again for your patience!

Price dropped on this theme only a couple days after my purchase, and it doesn't support shopify sections.

    I am writing this to request a cancellation of my license for the "Material" theme and to be upgraded to the "Eva" theme as your Material theme not only dropped $30 from the price I paid, only a couple days after my purchase on themeforest, but to top that off, I didn't find out until buying the theme and working with it for days that "SECTIONS" are not supported by your theme. I didn't know the difference until recently when I found out shopify themes without section support are outdated.

    I think the right thing to do on your company's behalf would be to either refund me 50% for the price drop on your theme literally a few days after my purchase or (the best option to provide me the best experience) cancel my license for the Material theme and replace it with a license for the Eva theme which is far superior and actually updated to current times.

    Had I known you sell the Eva theme when I bought the Material theme, I never would have purchased it. Please do the right thing and provide me with an up-to-date theme that uses all of shopify's features rather than only a select few.

    Regarding your request, we are the author of those themes, but we are not handling the selling, we upload our products on Themeforest and Themeforest is now taking care of that, we just support the items. Please contact to Themeforest if you want to get refund.
