    I have purchased to extend my support but I am not able to reply to tickets, would you please fix this?

    After purchase the new support plan, you need to update your purchase code on our ticket system.

    If you did that but still not able to reply the ticket, please let me know, we will help you verify the purchase code again.

    I just checked again, your theme will be supported until: September 20, 2017. Now you don't need to purchase a new support plan. Just try replying a ticket.
