I am having a script issue with the pop up:this is what I get when I land on my site and it totally blocks the site opening until I discontinue script
error mesg:
A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, open the script in the debugger, or let the script continue.

I have placed the link in the mailform area in the extensions areahttp://wordposters.us7.list-manage.com/subscribe/post?u=8a94e93b89977d6e104ff8e34&id=ea818725cf
However, unlike the example in your instructions I do NOT have an options to load from "mailchimp popup"
I even tried to add a page with the script on it , but it doent show to let me choose it
can you help me?

on the bottom of the demo site, there is all the footer links - how can i place them back in?

Regarding your question, both ourdemo site and your sitehave only on footer linklist.
To edit that link list. you need to go to Navigation admin. https://wordposters.myshopify.com/admin/links
If you want to mount that linklist on the footer, please go to Customize theme > Footer > Footer linklist https://wordposters.myshopify.com/admin/themes/159564434/editor
